Whitworth Engineers Pvt. Ltd., commenced operations in the year 2000 with a modest machinery. Over the years, it has grown in the face of stiff competition. Today Whitworth Engineers' manufacturing facility is unmatched by any other manufacturer in India with an in-house wire drawing, high speed cold nail headers, automatic high speed coil making machines with built in advanced high speed welding transformers. Very soon, a new 15000 SFT manufacturing facility will be functional on a 1,08,900 sft land area. The current manufacturing capacity is about 150,000 coils per month which is being scaled up to almost 450,000 coils per month of assorted sizes. Sizes range from 1" to 5" with wire diameters varying from 2.00mm to 3.80mm.
